Ashlea Limited HQ: New workshop created within an existing industrial unit

Ashlea is one of the country’s largest privately owned commercial landscaping companies. Their requirement was for a new workshop building inside an industrial unit to give them a warm working environment for their engineers.

 

 

 

 

Full-design and build...

This project involved a full design and build with steel calculations from a trusted local fabricator from whom we also commissioned a bespoke steel staircase and sliding door with a personnel door.

As this was a live environment, health and safety was of utmost importance.

I cannot recommend Stephen Hailey highly enough.... The project was scheduled to take 6-8 weeks (weather dependent). Before work commenced, we were given the timetable so we knew who was going to be at the house, when and for how long. The communication throughout was excellent. All the lads and subcontractors were very efficient and polite. With their work being of a high standard whilst keeping the house clean and tidy. They also didn’t mind humouring me when I asked my stupid questions. Nine years of planning and it was all done in eight weeks.
